Overview

Loghema (formerly LogosAI) is an AI-powered church presentation software that detects Bible verses in real time and displays them on screen during sermons. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user.

Data We Collect

Loghema is a desktop application. Most of your data stays on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. Specifically:

• Sermon transcripts, notes, settings, and Bible data are stored locally on your device and are not accessible to us.
• Live audio is streamed to Deepgram for real-time transcription. Audio is not stored by us.
• Transcript text may be sent to Google Gemini for sermon note generation when you request it.
• Anonymous usage events (e.g. feature usage, session duration) are collected via PostHog to help us improve the product. This never includes sermon content or personally identifiable information.
• Your device ID (hardware-based) is used for license validation and anonymous analytics.
• If you contact support, your email address may be collected to respond to your inquiry.

Third-Party Services

To provide our service, we share limited data with the following third-party providers. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

Analytics

Analytics are collected to help us understand how Loghema is used so we can improve it. We collect anonymous events only — things like which features are used and how long sessions last. We never collect sermon content, Bible verse data, or anything that could identify you personally. You can disable analytics at any time from within the app settings.

Data Security

All data transmitted between Loghema and our backend services is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. License data stored on your device is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. We use industry-standard security practices to protect any data we handle.

Your Rights

As a Loghema user, you can:

• Delete your local data at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing the app data folder.
• Disable analytics from the app settings.
• Request deletion of any account or support-related data by emailing us.

Children's Privacy

Loghema is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of Loghema after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
