Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Loghema (formerly LogosAI), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software. These terms apply to all users of Loghema, including free and paid plan subscribers.

Description of Service

Loghema is an AI-powered desktop application that detects Bible verses in real time from live audio and displays them on screen during church services. The software may include features such as real-time transcription, lyric search, sermon note generation, and multi-translation Bible display. Features may vary by subscription plan.

License & Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms, Loghema grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software for personal, organizational, or worship-related activities. Loghema may be used by individuals, churches, ministries, and any other users for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit the software.
• Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Billing, Renewals & Cancelling

Some features of Loghema require a paid subscription. We want this to be completely clear and fair, so here is exactly how billing works:

• It's an auto-renewing subscription. Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) so your access is never interrupted.
• We remind you before every charge. We email you a reminder about 3 days before each renewal, so a charge is never a surprise.
• Your card is safe with us — because we don't hold it. Payment is handled directly by our secure payment provider (Paystack or Flutterwave). We never see or store your full card number; we only keep a secure token that lets your subscription renew.
• You can cancel anytime. Turn off auto-renewal whenever you like — in the app under Settings, or by emailing hi@loghema.com.
• You keep what you've paid for. When you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• You agree to pay the fees for your chosen plan and to provide accurate billing information. Except as required by applicable law, completed payments are non-refundable.

Unlimited Use & Fair Use Policy

Plans described as offering “unlimited” transcription are intended to comfortably cover normal use during live church services and ministry activities. “Unlimited” means you don't need to count minutes or ration your usage during regular services — not that usage is infinite or unmonitored. To keep the service fast, reliable, and affordable for everyone, a fair use policy applies:

• Built for live services. Live transcription is designed to run during the moments you need scripture on screen — such as the sermon and key parts of a service. We recommend starting and stopping it as needed rather than leaving it running continuously.
• Reasonable, human-paced use. Usage that is far beyond typical worship-service patterns — for example, leaving transcription running continuously around the clock, automated or unattended use, or use that places an excessive load on our systems — may be subject to reasonable limits.
• If a limit is reached. In rare cases of excessive use, we may temporarily pause transcription for the remainder of your billing period, after which your access resumes automatically at the start of the next period. We will always aim to notify you and work with you before taking any such step.
• We're reasonable about it. These measures exist only to prevent abuse and protect service quality for all churches. Ordinary use during your services will never be affected, and you can always contact us at hi@loghema.com if you have heavier needs.

Prohibited Conduct

When using Loghema, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or infrastructure.
• Use the software to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Share your license key with others or use one license across more installations than permitted by your plan.

Intellectual Property

Loghema and all related software, logos, trademarks, and content are the exclusive property of Loghema and its licensors. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent. Bible translations displayed by the software remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Loghema is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Real-time verse detection accuracy may vary depending on audio quality, microphone setup, network conditions, internet speed, and your device's hardware capabilities. We are not responsible for any degradation in performance caused by insufficient internet connectivity or hardware that does not meet the recommended system requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loghema shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the software. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Loghema at any time if you violate these terms. You may stop using the software at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscription. Upon termination, your license to use the software ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Loghema after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
